In the spirit of respect, reciprocity and truth, I would like to honour and acknowledge the land on which I practice. I am a guest on the unceded territory of the xÊ·mÉ™θkÊ·É™y̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and sÉ™lilwÉ™taɬ (Tsleil-Waututh).  It is my intention that the work I do is in solidarity with the many tireless souls who to continue to fight for equity within the context of colonial legacies that have resulted in systemic racism, economic and health disparity, violence, the ongoing loss of friends and loved ones, and ultimately, fragmentation from ourselves, each other, and the land. I am so grateful to the many hearts and souls who dedicate their lives to disrupting cycles of oppression so that one day we may all find health, belonging, joy, and liberation. It is with deep humility that I offer this practice.
